If you found the right location with an existing home that needs to be recreated, we at Prete Builders can use our expertise to make your dreams come true. We have demoed and removed large portions of an existing home to create a new home that fits your needs.

Many of our past customers have taken advantage of the natural resources of Northeast Ohio and found that perfect homesite with breathtaking views. Unfortunately, the home does not meet their needs or was not constructed to take the abuse of mother nature.

Prete Builders has the expertise to design within the existing home or to start with a fresh pallet. Your home design process will be consistent with our Design / Build Philosophy and will adjust accordingly to take advantage of the views of the natural surroundings.
