Prete Builders is a growing high-end residential and commercial construction company with projects from the West side of Cleveland to Port Clinton. OPPORTUNITIES FOR TRADES AND CONTRACT WORK

Prete Builders may choose to subcontract work to qualified & reputable trades at our discretion. Trades are required to complete a Prete Builder’s trade document packet, agree to our strict inspection process, provide valid Worker’s Compensation coverage, and a copy of their current liability insurance. BWC coverage and insurances will be verified annually and must be kept in place at all times.To start the application process and be eligible to bid on upcoming projects, please submit a trade information form, copy of your current BWC certificate, and W-9 form to JENNI PRETE via fax to 440-967-8685 or via e-mail to jenni@pretebuilders.com.Use these links to print a copy of our Trade Application or a blank W9 Form. Once your information is reviewed, we will confirm your eligibility and add you to our trade list.
